Meet the Team Behind iv&co

With 16 years of nursing experience, I am a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Med-Surg care. I currently work full-time in a GI Endoscopy suite, where my expertise ensures optimal patient care. Passionate about holistic health and wellness, I also work at iv&co on my days off, blending my nursing experience with a love for alternative healthcare. Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted wife and mother of two boys who keep me on my toes with their active sports schedules. I thrive on balancing my career, passion for wellness, and family life.  

Hi, I’m Megan! I’m a registered nurse with five years of experience. I started my career in a fast-paced environment as an ER nurse in Minneapolis. These days, I focus on blending my love for health and wellness with a holistic approach to nursing. I’m passionate about making a positive impact on patients’ health journeys! When I’m not in scrubs, you can find me cheering on my favorite sports teams, hitting the gym, or spending time at my family’s greenhouse. 

As a dedicated RN with 20+ years of experience in patient care, I am passionate about providing innovative and compassionate services that promote overall well-being.

Throughout my nursing career, I have honed my skills in delivering high-quality, personalized care in fast-paced environments. My experience spans med-surg, obstetric, flight nursing, and nursing education, where I’ve developed proficiency in administering treatments, educating patients and students, and ensuring safety while fostering a positive, supportive experience.

iv&co’s commitment to empowering individuals to feel their best resonates with my holistic approach to care. I understand the toll that life can take on physical and mental health, and I am eager to contribute my clinical expertise and compassionate demeanor to help clients overcome these challenges. I am a wife, mother of two, and dog lover. Our family has a goal of visiting all 63 national parks. We have been to 34 so far!

Annette has always had an interest in the health and aesthetics field! With many years of customer service experience you will always be greeted with a smile. She loves traveling with her husband & spending time with her Daughters & Grandbabies! 

Lizette fell in love with iv&co after winning the title of Ms.USA in Natural Bodybuilding for Pro-Angel & Sports Model because she was able to find a one-stop shop for all her wellness needs without rigorous training and meal prepping. She joined the team to be surrounded by like minded people. Her hobbies are eating, sleeping, spending time with family & flower arranging around her home. Lizette is also bilingual and fluent in Spanish.
