medical weight management:

personalized plans designed around your health, goals, and lifestyle

How to Get Started:

getting started at iv&co. is simple.  every client begins with a provider-guided evaluation to determine what options may be appropriate.

Step One

Set a consultation/appointment, either here online at ivclub.com or by calling 605-271-0715

during your appointment, you’ll meet with a licensed medical provider to review your health history, goals, and any questions you may have.

this visit typically takes 15-20 minutes

Step Two

Complete your Health Forms:

you will receive a brief health history and consent forms to complete before or at your visit.

these help your provider determine whether treatment is appropriate or contraindicated, and guide your personalized care plan.

Step Three

Begin your Journey…if appropriate, our provider will recommend a treatment plan based on safety & schedule.  subsequent appointments are typically brief and designed for convenience.

follow-up visits and ongoing support are provided as appropriate

As you progress on this journey, we will monitor your development and engage in periodic check-ins to assess your overall well-being throughout the entirety of your treatment process.
